I make our bread as well and I've used many different recipes. I'm using this one right now: http://dinner-inspiration.blogspot.com/2009/11/absolute-best-sandwich-bread.html

Except with my flour 1/2 of it I substitute whole wheat white flour and I add 3 - 4 TBL of ground flax meal. Very easy recipe and very yummy.
