Try a different size or even just a new one and see if it helps:) PS I subscribe by email, and has been a while since I had an update so came to check and I missed so much! I have had a few tell me this too....not sure why that happens.Paula@TheSassyQuilterhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07480947182666007928[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-554207284178237233.post-69068142246319879392014-04-13T14:05:48.246-06:002014-04-13T14:05:48.246-06:00I love granny square quilts, and this is a wonderf...I love granny square quilts, and this is a wonderful way to use that idea! I cannot use certain threads in my Viking.. just does not like it. And these same threads work wonderfully in my Jannome. It is sometimes just trial and error of what your machine likes. It is frustrating, I know - but getting the right needle with the right thread will also help. Good luck. Also, like Jody said, thread is the biggest issue - I love Sulky&#39;s thread and use it for all my quilting, it never breaks and it&#39;s silky so it flows better. Good luck!! :)RobotMomSewshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12341144943680200566[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-554207284178237233.post-11798664806240890992014-04-07T08:52:10.982-06:002014-04-07T08:52:10.982-06:00I would love the pattern. I just had purchased new thread from Superior Threads, I got put the new thread and put it on my serger. It was a miracle. No more broken thread. The same with my sewing machine, I change the weight of the thread. According to what I have read from Superior Threads&#39; newsletter the weight of the thread and the proper size needle are two of the major issues that cause broken threads. If you have the time, go to Superior .threads website and read all you can about the importance of the proper thread for each kind of sewing, serging, embroidering, and any other needle art and the proper size of needle used. Hope this helps.<br />Jody Polenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02761552702381879161[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-554207284178237233.post-53803241738312212552014-04-06T15:22:26.632-06:002014-04-06T15:22:26.632-06:00I would LOVE a pattern for this!
